November is National Novel Writing Month. This year, I have answered the challenge and have decided to pen NOTHING IS 4 NOTHING, my long awaited sequel to the cult classic, WORTH FIGHTING 4.
NOTHING IS 4 NOTHING is the first young adult/#matureteennovel I’ve written in over fifteen years. This book follows Lester after the murder of his little brother Sammie & Calvin, after he put their tormentor to rest. The boys continue their unique friendship and grow into teenagers, together.
This gritty, age-appropriate street-lit drama finally answers all the questions about what happened after the events of WORTH FIGHTING 4.
Thank you auntie @victoriachristophermurray for encouraging us to #writenownovember.
As a part of the accountability for the fans and in the spirit of the month, I will post the word count for the previous days. The first day, I had to skim through ten other books I had written to get the character profiles right.
Day 2 Word Count – 1,530 words
Total Word Count – 1,530 words
